We all see the same stars

It is amazing to think that when you look up at the sky, you are seeing the same stars that people looked up at hundreds and even thousands of years ago. Different cultures saw those same stars making different patterns in the sky and each one created different stories about those patterns they see in the sky. Before TV and radio, people used their imaginations to create legends and stories about the gods, heroes, villains and animals they created out of star patterns. These stories were passed down from parent to child and each story might have been changed just a bit by each new generation, but the main themes remained the same to help cultures stay strong. Keep looking up, keep using your imagination, keep telling the stories of your culture and keep an open mind.
