Please be careful with fire!

We all know how dry it is and we know that the forest is closed to all fires, but why? If you "know what your doing", why can't you have a fire? The reason is that no one "knows what they are doing" with fire- there are so many variables that even experts have a hard time getting fire under control. Watch the video and learn how the experts fight fire, often with fire! Please be careful this summer and spread the news. This past weekend over 20 abandoned campfires were found and there were half a dozen new fire starts- the Sycamore Fire in Sedona was started from an abandoned campfire in a closed area and grew from a campfire size to 75 acres in less than 10 hours. Follow the rules and make sure the others in your life follow the rules too.
